Swastham Trust organized a free health check-up camp on the scheduled date. Number of patients visited and availed the benefits of the free health check-up camp.
Sargam Health Care Multispeciality Hospital in Samalka, Delhi has neatly arranged the free health check-up camp on 16th March 2025 at 11.00 am onwards. Patients came of all age group with different health issues such as cough, cold, fever, liver disorder, BP, Sugar, and others. Female patients also presented their various health problems related to Mensuration, fertility, PCOD, and others.
Free physical Examination check-up
In free health check-up camp, physical examination such as Blood Pressure monitoring, Non-fasting Random Blood Sugar Test (RBS), Pulse, Spo2, temperature, and other observation have been done carefully.
Free Doctor Consultation
Medical practitioners, Senior consultants, and doctors of different departments were present in this free medical health check-up camp. Doctors attained each patient timely, provided appropriate time and advised right medications to them. Patients of different age group came and talked their health issues with doctors hassle-free.

He gave general advises such as intake of adequate fluid, routine exercise, breathing exercise and giving time for yoga and meditation, and avoiding junk, over spicy and oily food.
